good locationglass tilessignificant problem
the location was good it was easy to get around by taxi.
the pool was a significant problem as it is uniformly 2 meters deep that depth is unsuitable for playing with young children there were also missing glass tiles and my husband cut his foot on one. we reported the tile issue multiple times to staff however nothing happened.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. The beach area was well kept and had ample sun loungers. Kamal from housekeeping ensured the room was clean each day. I found the location convenient opposite Nakheel Mall.
The controls for the room functions was outdated.

The breakfast buffet had many options including gluten-free items, very helpful with allergies the dining area was clean and well-organized. Staff were attentive to requests.

The room included a comfortable bed and separate seating area. Daily housekeeping services kept the room tidy. The bathroom contained fresh towels and toiletries were replenished daily the air conditioning worked well.

The infinity pool provided a nice view of the surrounding area. There were several sun loungers available around the pool. The private beach was easily accessible from the hotel, it was clean. Beach towels were provided.

The staff at the front desk provided quick assistance with check-in. Housekeeping services were consistent and thorough each day. Restaurant staff addressed dietary requests and provided great service. The security team were always present.

The hotel is located opposite Nakheel Mall giving easy access to shopping. Major attractions were within 20-30 minutes drive depending on traffic. Taxis were readily available outside the hotel. The location offers both convenience and accessibility.

The location was convenient. The nakheel mall was nearby. (it's good for a quick shopping trip)
The room wasn't properly cleaned. I even saw insects. wi-fi was slow and unreliable (not great when you need to upload vacation pics). there weren't power outlets near the bed, so charging my devices was a hassle.

the breakfast selection had good variety. the pool area offered ample sun lounges.
The room i was assigned lacked proper maintenance. the shower gel dispenser was empty upon arrival. It was not refilled during my nights count stay. This oversight was disappointing. the lazy river was closed for maintenance, a major letdown as it was a listed amenity.

the staff was attentive. lots of food options existed, and the preparation plus presentation reached a very high standard. i also enjoyed the excellent shower with provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, it was a treat after a day out
